How do we work?
We come out to your office or home or area (provided you have a studio / gym room / boardroom / space that we can use for dance sessions), once a week for 1 hour and teach you a dance routine to your latest favourite dance songs! Classes can be tailor made to suit your needs.

Motivation is kept at peak with a catchy soundtrack, plus you get the opportunity to try the moves you’ve secretly always wanted to have a go at!
Music is naturally the main ingredient to Flaunt Your Moves dance classes and helps to create a workout from toning, strengthening and cardio, targeting every major muscle group in the body.
The routines feature one current song per month, one hour sessions per week.
